Revenue Watch / weekly operating standard

Every site must prove it can drive revenue.

ATTOH Digital sites are not passive brochures. Every public page, demo, Snap tool, partner door and future domain route must show a clear buyer, clear offer, proof-backed reason to buy, measurable KPI path and a next commercial action for humans and AI agents.

What Gets Rewritten

  • Any page without a CTA, capture route, proof signal, commercial language or next-step link.
  • Any page whose offer is unclear to a buyer, search engine or AI assistant.
  • Any page where claims are stronger than the proof ledger, reviews, case studies or current data.
  • Any social or campaign asset that creates attention without routing revenue.

Operator Commands

The weekly loop checks quality, writes a report and can patch static revenue paths before traffic is scaled.

npm run check
npm run watch:revenue
npm run fix:revenue
python3 scripts/build_sitemap.py

Weekly Review Loop

  • Check revenue-driver QA, SEO/LLM foundations, agent data pack and KPI pack.
  • Review Search Console, analytics, lead captures, booked calls, proposals and paid wins.
  • Update weak pages, proof ledgers, reviews, social posts and comparison pages.
  • Only send campaign traffic to pages that pass the standard.

Current Execution Order

  • Start every new build with offer, buyer, proof, CTA, capture, KPI, schema and agent summary.
  • Finish and prove the ATTOH public sites first.
  • Then route uncle's older domains into the proven revenue machine for extra visibility.

Agent-Readable Assets

AI agents, search systems and future payment agents should not have to guess what ATTOH sells or why it is credible.
