Everything You Need to Know

Do you carry CHAS, Constructionline or CSCS accreditation?+
Our team holds the industry accreditations appropriate to our scope of work, and all site operatives carry valid CSCS cards. Pre-qualification documentation including insurance certificates, accreditation details and method statements are available on request for tender submissions. We comply fully with CDM 2015 regulations on all notifiable projects.
Do you work on both commercial and residential construction projects?+
Yes — we have experience across both commercial and residential sectors. Our commercial capability includes office fit-outs, industrial unit construction, retail refurbishments and landlord works. On the residential side we deliver extensions, renovations, conversions and new-build projects. Every project receives a dedicated project manager from day one.
What areas of the UK do you cover for construction projects?+
Our primary coverage area is the North East and wider Northern England, though we regularly deliver projects nationally for established commercial clients. We are transparent about travel and logistics costs on national projects — there are no hidden charges. If you are outside our usual area, contact us to discuss feasibility.
How do you ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget?+
We use a structured programme management approach on all projects: detailed programme from day one, weekly client progress reports, proactive variation management and early-warning systems for potential delays. The majority of our projects complete within 5% of the original budget and within the agreed timescale — which is why repeat and referral work makes up the bulk of our pipeline.
What insurance do you carry for construction and building work?+
We carry public liability insurance, employer's liability and professional indemnity cover as standard. Insurance certificates and limits are shared as part of our standard pre-qualification pack. We can also arrange project-specific cover for unusually large or high-risk projects where required. Full documentation is available on request at any point in the tender process.
