Do you offer trade accounts and credit terms?+
Approved trade customers can apply for a credit account with 30-day payment terms as standard, extendable to 60 days for high-volume relationships. Applications are typically assessed within 24–48 hours. All account holders get a dedicated account manager, online account access, and priority order processing — because your time is too valuable to chase orders.
What makes a reliable trade supplier different from a commodity one?+
Reliability, stock accuracy and proactive communication. We don't oversell our stock position, we communicate immediately when lead times change, and every trade customer has a direct line to their account manager — not a call centre. Our repeat order rate and length of client relationships is the metric we're most proud of.
What are your standard delivery timescales for trade orders?+
Standard trade orders are typically processed within 24 hours with UK mainland delivery in 2–5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available on most stocked lines. Trade account holders get priority processing and real-time stock visibility so you can plan confidently. We don't promise what we can't deliver.
Do you supply exclusively to trade or also to the public?+
Our business is built around trade and commercial supply. Focusing on trade customers means we can maintain the pricing, stock depth and service levels that serious business customers need. We do not compete with retail channels, which means trade clients consistently get better value and better service with us.
How do I set up a trade account?+
Contact us or complete our trade account application with your company registration number, VAT number, and two trade references. Once approved — usually within 48 working hours — your account is live with immediate access to trade pricing and your agreed credit facility. We can also process your first order on a proforma basis while the credit check is underway.
