Everything You Need to Know

Do you cater for dietary requirements and food allergens?+
Yes — we accommodate all major dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal and nut-free menus. All our food is allergen-labelled in full compliance with UK Food Information Regulations, and our kitchen team is trained in allergen management and cross-contamination prevention. We discuss requirements with every client before confirming a menu.
Can you provide corporate catering for offices and business events?+
Corporate catering is a core part of what we do. We serve everything from daily office lunches to product launches, AGMs and executive board dinners — delivered fresh, presented professionally and set up on time. We offer flexible booking with 48-hour notice for regular items and longer lead times for bespoke event menus.
What is your Food Hygiene Rating and are you registered with the local authority?+
We hold a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating — the highest possible — awarded by our local authority and publicly verifiable on the Food Standards Agency website. All staff hold Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene certificates, and we conduct regular internal audits to maintain this standard. Food safety is non-negotiable for us.
What is your minimum order for catering delivery?+
Minimum orders vary by service type and are discussed transparently at the enquiry stage. Many of our clients started with a small trial order and now use us on a weekly or daily basis. We would rather discuss what works for your specific requirements than apply a rigid minimum that doesn't reflect your needs.
Can you supply coffee equipment and ongoing bean supply for offices?+
Yes — we supply, install and maintain bean-to-cup machines, traditional espresso equipment and filter coffee systems for offices of all sizes. Rental and purchase options are available, including regular bean supply and machine servicing. We'll have your team properly caffeinated from day one, with no capital outlay required on equipment rental packages.
