How quickly can you fill a vacancy once briefed?+
For standard roles, we present screened candidates within 48–72 hours of receiving a detailed brief. For specialist or senior positions we target a first shortlist within 5 working days. Our live candidate database means we can often make same-day introductions for urgent requirements. Speed to hire is one of the most common reasons clients choose us — and stay with us.
What industries and seniority levels do you recruit for?+
We recruit across multiple industry sectors with specialist depth in our core verticals. Our consultants cover the full seniority range from entry-level and apprenticeship through to director and C-suite appointments, for both permanent and contract or temporary engagements. Every assignment is handled by a consultant who knows your sector, not a generalist working from a job board.
What is your fee structure for permanent recruitment?+
Our permanent recruitment fees are a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year salary, invoiced on their start date with no upfront payment. We back every placement with a rebate guarantee — if the candidate leaves within 12 weeks, we will either replace them free of charge or refund a prorated portion of our fee. No placement means no fee, ever.
Do you manage payroll and employer responsibilities for temporary workers?+
Yes — we supply temporary and contract workers and manage all employer responsibilities including PAYE, National Insurance, holiday pay and pension contributions. You get flexible resource without the administrative burden of employment. Billing is weekly in arrears on a straightforward timesheet basis, with no hidden margin on statutory costs.
What does your candidate screening process involve?+
Every candidate goes through our structured screening: initial CV review and application assessment, competency-based telephone screening, face-to-face or video interview with our consultant, minimum two professional reference checks, and right-to-work verification. For regulated roles we coordinate DBS checks, professional qualification verification and sector-specific compliance requirements. You only meet candidates we would hire ourselves.
